Abs of What?

 I've just started doing Lillian Michael's 30 Day Shred workout DVD.
You're supposed to have small hand weights. But you know me. Why would I own those? Cookbook holding-weights anyone? So I'm using cans of sweetened condensed milk. Does anyone else see the irony?

  1. How are you liking the Shred? I've heard it's quite popular. Are you still doing it?
    I'm very happy with my Xbox Kinect YourShape thingamabob, but I'm looking for something for someone else (a sister). Is it really intense?

    1. It is intense. You hope up and down a lot. I'm actually starting to enjoy it though. At first I did it because I thought I should but now I like it.

  2. Oh, and sometimes Superstore sells weights in January, and you can get them cheap when the New Years resolution season ends (February? March?). I got mine several years ago...a set of 2 lb, 3 lb, and 5 lb weights. (I never use heavier than 3 lb...don't want to be "built" lol.)
